Safety
Before the ride
- Every driver uploads their CNIC, driving licence, a photo of the vehicle and a selfie before going online. One CNIC can only ever have one driver account.
- Riders see the driver’s photo, vehicle, plate and rating before accepting an offer. Check the plate matches before you get in.
- Women can turn on Women only in Account. Riders then see offers only from women drivers; women drivers can choose to see only women riders.
During the ride
- Share my trip sends a link that shows the live map, the driver’s first name, vehicle and plate. It opens in any browser, no app needed, and stops working 24 hours after the trip.
- SOS at the top of the ride screen calls police (15) or Rescue 1122 and lets you share the trip in one tap.
- Phone numbers are shown to the other person only while the ride is live.
After the ride
- Both sides rate each other. Drivers below 4.0 after 10 ratings are paused.
- Report anyone from the ride screen. Three independent reports pause an account automatically until a human reviews it. You can block someone so you’re never matched again.
What we ask of drivers
- Drive within the law. Helmets on bikes. No phone in hand while moving.
- Charge the agreed fare and nothing more.
- Cancel only if you must; cancellations hurt your rating.
